“Richmond Auto Clinic is a great small business with skilled technicians and reasonable, fair prices. I know that my repairs will be done in a timely manner and that the quality of work will be great. The value of what you receive is definitely worth the price you pay. However, if you are a young lady visiting this place of business I would caution you to beware of a particular staff member named Bernard. He states that he is the manager, but was hesitant to answer some of the simple questions that I had regarding an alignment repair that I needed on my camber and caster. Also, he insisted on knowing personal details like if I lived alone (which in hindsight has me a bit concerned for my safety since my address is placed on the paperwork), and encouraged me to use his personal cell phone number to contact him in the future. When I began to ask more questions about the alignment process, he stated that he was not qualified to answer. He also refused to provide me with the print out of the proof of work when I requested to take it with me. Because of this, I left my vehicle and returned the next day when I could speak directly with the alignment technician and the owner. Those two did more than enough to answer my remaining questions and to rectify the challenging time I had the day before. So if you are a young lady, please be especially careful with this staff member and request to speak directly to a technician or to the owner Sunny.”

“It was my pleasure to use First Light homecare as a caregiver during January and part of February. My caregiver, Shannon, was a delight. Their brochure describes the services they provide, & she did them all. After a few days, she knew what & when to do most everything, including what I liked for lunch. Should I need a caregiver in the future, First Light will be the company I call. They offer a complimentary consultation. Plus, the first day the caregiver arrives, one of their management personnel also arrives to introduce the parties. Great service.”

“We lived here for 4 years, but are moving out of state. After looking at a bunch of new places, I definitely appreciate tall grass a lot more, and realize how lucky we are to have lived here! We were blessed with a very quiet building and never had any noise issues. Get a 3rd floor if you can! Gates always work 90% of the time, only ever saw 2 roaches which they promptly fixed, the grounds are very well lit, never got any packages stolen, Ive read there are issues w dog poop but they really encourage other tenants to speak up if you see someone not picking up after their dog. Only had maintenance issues twice, which were handled quickly. The train noise is not an issue if you live on far Northside of complex. When we got all that snow and ice, sidewalks were salted and the parking lot was plowed quickly. I just hope the moving out process is as nice and easy as it has been living here. 🙂”
