(April 8, 2014, 11:54 am)I didn't think I needed a chiropractor until I met Dr. Shawnie. I thought my sore knees and hips were just the result of getting old. Dr. Shawnie showed me that with a combination of ice, proper stretching, proper strengthening exercises, and a little RockTape, I could get back in the game and compete with the kids again. Dr. Shawnie is especially knowledgeable about sports-related injuries. She advocates an active and healthy lifestyle for all of her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Shawnie and Chiro Fitness.
