Awesome experience! Best store in the area! Definitely come here for your T-Mobile needs. The reps are super friendly and the manager went above and beyond!
kalayna and Jordon at Waltham Woods are terrific. They are knowledgeable, very helpful and take the time to answer all questions and concerns. They are the best.
I had several issues including being sent verification codes I didn’t request for example.
Mobile Experts Kalayna and Amanda covered all my questions to resolve(s) and options to either secure present phone and or upgrade my phone to resolve issues.
They patiently provided solutions and presented options to give me the ability to make informed decisions.
They both displayed exemplary customer service skills. I would highly recommend them.
Friendly staff, need to be more aware of their stock.
