Polo Club Apartments

I have enjoyed living a this complex. The manager is very good and we enjoy her great attitude. She works well with all the residents. Excellent security company also.

I've lived here for 7 years. I've always been treated with respect and I have read some of these reviews and am very sorry that some have had bad experience, but all I can say and vouch for is my experience. There have been a few troublesome tenants above me, but if things get really out of hand I've just called mgmt and they've taken care of it. I've had my AC go out on me and that very same day they bought me a new one and it was installed within a couple of hours, same story with my dishwasher, brand new one when it couldn't be fixed.
I feel safe, no issues of that, I really don't understand the negative reviews when yes it's an apartment complex, no place is perfect, but as far as price, it's fair, I personally have never had any bugs, never. They spray and take care of things as far as I'm concerned. Just give it a chance, pay your rent and establish communication with the manager.

I've lived here a year and never had a problem. I've always paid my rent on time and they have never gave me problems because of that. The apartment is well worth the money you are paying. Of course it isn't the best but you also aren't paying 800+ a month so you can't really complain. Would recommend.
