I hired Kim to move a piano for me that I purchased off of Facebook Marketplace! He not only came to my home prior to pick up so he could grab the cash payment, but delivered my piano beautifully while caring for my home. He offered tips for cleaning and checked to make sure the piano was in working order! Highly recommend hiring PianoCraft and saving yourself the stress of moving it yourself!

Mr Jacobs and his crew arrived on time, in good spirits, and ready to work. They moved my upright Grand piano (700ish lbs) faster than I thought possible and never gave me any reason to worry. He was patient and informative when I inquired about piano repair and upkeep, even offered advice I had never thought about. After moving this piano with a few friends several years ago, I was more than happy with the price for their service.
