(January 28, 2020, 6:17 pm)I have a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher that needed repairs that were covered under warranty. Whirlpool had made all the arrangements for a tech to come out and fix it. Shelton’s sent a tech out within 2 days. The tech was super friendly, punctual and professional. A part needed to be ordered so the repairs couldn’t be done the same day sadly. However, the part came in quickly, and the same tech came shortly after that and had the dishwasher all fixed up. Very happy with their service!
(December 3, 2019, 2:36 pm)We had Shelton come out to service our washing machine as we'd been having cycling and water pressure issues. Shelton's knowledge of the problems and solution was spot on. He was on time and extremely friendly and courteous. Even the dog loved him.
They'll be no other appliance service company working on any of our appliances but Shelton's Quality Services.
