When I have concerns with anything concerning my apt... The office staff and maintenance works hard on fixing or accommodating me with my concerns and requests.
I am so impressed by maintenance here, even after all the time I've lived here! My most recent work order included multiple issues, and the maintenance guy worked past the end of his day to make sure I wasn't left in a bad situation. Everything is fixed, and the areas he worked on are spotless. I never have to wait more than a day for repairs to be made, and emergencies are handled within minutes --- even on holidays and weekends.
List of move-in items was fixed the next day. Excellent service. 10/24/2020 addition to my earlier comment: The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent. They went out of their way to make sure my move-in went well. These are older apartments, but they are well maintained and are located in an excellent location, with easy access to Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa and Broken Arrow, along with being close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. All the neighbors I have met are extremely nice. This is a quiet apartment complex, at least from my experience so far. Highly recommend.
I have lived here for going on 3 years and I have had positive experiences the entire time. When I have an issue, the office is quick to help me. Of course with any apartment, there have been maintenance issues but they have been resolved in a timely manner. COVID has affected daily life for all of us, including the office staff and maintenance too. It's easy to get upset or annoyed because of delays in getting things we want or need but keep in mind, we are ALL in this. If I could change one thing, I'd add more parking by building 2. I cant ever park close to my building. I always have to park pretty far out. Thank you to the office staff for not only resolving my most recent maintenance issues but also for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!
