Called today before I went in and the employee's answered all my questions before I arrived. Great job by Chris the sales associate. He had me on a new plan and set up in about 15 minutes.

The people who work here now are the best your going to find concerning customer service. They've helped my wife & I buy new, plus fix every problem we've had with our phones so far. You can't go wrong going to this branch of service, as long as those who are working there now continue.

This is the BEST T-mobile store in Tulsa!!! No wait, I walked in to an empty store with 3 employees waiting to help me. They were all SUPER nice and knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell me on one single thing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included buying and setting up a new phone, fixing my plan and updating my info. This is for sure my new go-to store! Thanks guys!
