The Tulsa Shambhala Group after two years has become like a family to me. Always accepting with vibrant and informative classes, this meditation group is friendly and fun.

I am the Director of the Group and have been a long time student of both Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. The group here is very inviting, warm, and accepting. We have frequent programs, public offerings, and opportunities to gather as a community. Tuesday night is open sitting with meditation instruction provided at no cost. Come and check us out.
