(January 17, 2019, 11:41 am)This place sure has felt a lot safer lately. The lady who runs to units, Heather, has cleaned up the place and maintains a professional vibe. My kids just love her and I've gotta give it to her... she's done an amazing job. I'm glad I didn't decide to go elsewhere before she took over. Lot is always clean. Friendly, smiling face when I walk into office. So, good job SecurCare Self Storage on hiring somebody who actually cares about their jobs and us customers!!!
(January 15, 2019, 3:31 pm)So its an older facility, the units are dated and I almost decided to go somewhere else BUT Heather is the reason we stayed. She was so friendly and reassuring about everything. You can tell she loves her job but the best part is you can tell she loves making her customers happy. We've been here for a couple of months now and I have no regrets. I see a lot of other customers happy to see her, she really is an amazing asset to your company
