Alta Pest Control

They came to my door to offer service. I had a bad water bug/roach an spider problem. Along with ants an a had see a few mice. After 2 weeks the roaches were gone an spiders had thinned out. They offer a free retreat between reg. Treatments. I started this a year ago an have been bug free. With every penny.

I found Kodee to be very personable yet professional. Seemed to have a great personality, which I found very pleasant. I would recommend Alta to any of my friends.

I have been using Alta for over a year. Don’t use any other pest control service. This one is the best. On time great reps. And very affordable.

The service was performed but only a few places of the house were sprayed, if I pay a full service, I should expect a full service, don’t take me for granted, my money it’s as valuable as the ones who are rich, I do landscaping and sprinklers on my own and I always don’t take short cuts because I know that every one works hard for their money. My ethics is always to give everyone what they pay for!

I was contacted by customer service and they came back and took care of it, I’m very pleased and impressed by the quick response and service.

I am not impressed with the office staff. No one returns calls or responds in a timely fashion. I never know if msgs after hours get attention.
But Jay came to my home and completely changed my attitude. This tech is golden and spoke clearly and professionally to me. He listened to my concerns, asked probing questions and formulated an attack plan. He was soft spoken and caring. He put me at ease. If I can get him every time then I’ll be a super happy customer.
