We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and inviting. Every morning there was a breakfast far with eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, english muffins, toast and two different types of waffles. It was conveniently located in a quieter area with lots of restaurants, but close enough to downtown Nashville to see all the sights.

Excellent customer service, especially from Evan who was so friendly and went above and beyond. A blackout left them with elevators and their key system down but Evan was friendly, upbeat, accommodating, and gracious. Clean room, comfy bed, fast internet, and a large kitchenette. Will definitely stay again.

Was very impressed. Like staying at a least 3 star hotels ( Embassy Suites). We chose to stay here this time and it was fantastic. Very comparable to Embassy 2 room suites. Will start using this hotel through my travels.

The week day manager is awesome. The folks here work hard to please.

I typically go to Walmart but the wait at my store was 2 hours. I was in the area so I went to Jiffy. I've been there a few times before and have never had a bad experience. The techs today ran like a well oiled (pun intended) machine. They were friendly, professional, and overall nice. I hope they're being paid a good wage and their boss isn't a jerk.

I drive a MINI Cooper and was a little worried that it was a little unique. They assured me there would be no problems and they were right. Fast and thorough. Half the price as the dealer with the same or better service.
