One thing to remember is that when you give your 30 day notice, make sure you return your keys exactly in 30 days , not early because the rest of the 30 days will come out of your deposit if you turn in your keys early....
One might think 🤔 because you turned in your keys early that you would get prorated and get funds back , but you don't! lesson learned 😉

Del Mar is a great place to live! We said almost daily for the first few months of living here how happy we were that we decided on our current apartment. Our unit is roomy with smart upgrades that make it comfortable and homey. We not only love our location in the apartment community with a beautiful view of the mountains but also our location in the city with easy and close access to shopping, grocery, freeways, etc. The staff made move in and getting settled very easy as they are friendly and responsive. We would wholeheartedly recommend the community to anyone looking for a home in Rancho Cucamonga.
No bathroom, but I love that they have updated this park! My kids love it!
Dog-sitting near this park. First time in OK & seeing the pecan trees was a surprise for me. Well-maintained, plenty of trash & recycling bins throughout the park. Tennis courts, a great playground, plenty of benches situated along the paved path that aren’t too close to each other. Covered picnic area. Highly recommend & am thrilled it is so close to my friends’ house.
Nice place for the little ones to play, good walking path, tennis and Pickle ball courts.
This is my daily walking park. My dog loves it. Really nice and clean. Was an old Pecan orchard. Has a lot of kid stuff to do. Huge Playground, 1 1/4 mile concrete trail, City creek, HUGE Pecans, basketball, tennis court, small baseball field, small pavilion, soccer field all a short walk from home. Also there is Bicycle Polo. Three people teams. Also Pickle Ball. Like ping pong meets tennis but with a wiffle ball.
Fun place to walk around and can bring kids to play ground they have a splash pad area tennis courts and basketball and an area if you want to play baseball areas for cookouts and benches to sit down on some shaded some in the sun depends on the time of day it is.
