  Love this place!!!! I left once and tried my own thing, running and other gyms closer to my home..., BUT no other place comes close, so I decided the 20-25 min drive is well worth it. No other gym compares when offering the very knowledgeable and welcoming team, great trainers, assistance, modifications when needed and flexible times. I really like the variety in the workouts and it is hard, for even me, to find an excuse not to go when it's enjoyable & I am seeing results. Here to stay!!! 🙂💪

  I’ve been attending group training for over five years now. I love how the exercises change daily and focus on strength, core, and endurance. There is always a modified movement depending on your level of fitness. You are able to surround yourself with like minded members who are focused on meeting their goals. You build friendships that are lasting.

  I’ve been apart of TFS for about 2 years now and can honestly say it’s one of the best places I know to workout. Workouts are already drawn up for you. You work out as a class. All skill levels welcome. Total body focus. Highly recommend Clint and company!

  I love Tulsa fitness systems!! By far the best workouts ever. The coaches are hands on! I have had some personal training sessions with Jeremy and he does an amazing job as a trainer.

  I have been working out with Tulsa Fitness systems for over a month now and can already tell a difference in my strength, power, and endurance. I am a former D1 athlete and have honestly felt "sluggish" for years. The difference that such as short time with this facility has been fantastic!
