(October 26, 2020, 3:13 pm)The two men showed up on time and one was Arron and the second guys name slips my mind. Both were friendly and cordial and explained everything up front. Both young men practiced COVID safety measures which we appreciate very much. Carpet looks so much better it’s unreal. We would highly recommend. Thank you Zerorez we’ll definitely use your services again.

They allowed me to inspect their work prior to payment. The whole process was so easy and they were very pleasant.
(September 11, 2020, 8:17 am)The service from Zerorez is absolutely top notch. The guy that came out was extremely professional and clearly dedicated to providing the utmost quality service. We had used Stanley Steamer before to clean our couch, and the difference between them and Zerorez is night and day in all regards - from professionalism to the actual quality of the service provided. Our provider also cleaned our area rug for free because he had to stand on it to clean the couch, which was just proof that he genuinely cared about giving us the very best of everything. We will ALWAYS call Zerorez for any of our cleaning needs from now on. We could not be happier customers.

He introduced himself and came into our home with shoe covers on. He explained the Zerorez process of their method of carpet cleaning in addition to stain and pet odor removal options. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Having our carpets cleaned by James of Zerorez was a wonderful experience. Our carpet looks great and has a fresh fragrance once again. Thank you for the attention to detail and thorough cleaning. Highly recommended!
