Tulsa ER & Hospital

This is the 3rd time our family has used Tulsa ER & Hospital and each time has been fantastic! The staff is always friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and fast! My only VERY MINOR annoyance is that
While they do take our insurance, they are "out of network" so it's a little more than an "in network" place, but still love this place and will keep using it! I am thankful to have this facility as an option! :)

So thankful and what a hidden gem! Almost didn't want to write the review so other people won't know about it and increase wait times. They got me straight back for kidney stones. Was able to do a CT scan and figure it out. Dr Jennifer took care of me. She was great! Was in and out in about 1 1/2

I had an infected spider bite and came for treatment. The FIRST person I saw was a doctor, asking my symptoms, checking me out, and explaining what treatments would be best. I was in and out in less than an hour. AMAZING staff, great care, super sweet employees & quick service. 10/10 would recommend.

BEST hospital I have ever been in. I have lived in Tulsa to my whole life and this place is the best I’ve ever been to. I walked in with emergency with my husband by my side. The check in process was a less than four minutes. I was brought back in and less than five minutes didn’t even get to finish the paperwork before they brought me back. I saw the doctor within five minutes of me getting in the room. I was diagnosed in the same five minutes. I received the care I needed quickly and I was in and out in about an hour. They managed my pain quickly, listened to my concerns and even recommended what to do after I left there. The hospital itself was very clean. Didn’t smell like a hospital. It actually felt homey with a Christmas tree and decorations. I will never go to any other place. The staff was kind, compassionate, and empathetic to my needs. The entire staff from the receptionist, the nurse, and the Doctor were very supportive and professional.
Seriously the best experience I have ever received in my 41 years in Tulsa. I highly recommend this hospital.

If I could give ten stars I’d give twelve or maybe even twenty. These folks worked diligently to make my appointment and procedure a reality. They never tired of my questions and work load placed upon them. I’d been waiting months prior to finding out about these awesome folks and what is offered.

I hope they know that they are each appreciated greatly. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. You guys n gals are awesome.
