(January 6, 2016, 11:10 am)I have not officially "used" CRS but I did call them today due to a very slow draining bathroom sink. I t was kindly greeted and after explaining my issue, I was told "would you like to try one more thing before we come out?".He then gave me instructions. I tried it and i'm not sure if it has worked yet (it seems to have helped regardless) but the fact that they offered a remedy and they could have made a service call and charged me, is impressive. If they are willing to do this, I will most definitely call them if this doesn't work or if it does, with my next plumbing issue.
