When I asked about their products, they were VERY informative with a speedy response to educate me, about them. (July 9, 2019, 7:18 pm)Yes I have to say my experience with special materials was very good I dealt with Miss hood her knowledge of the company and what's their mission statement is was just amazing they are definitely a team I would want to be apart of. she was very helpful she even took the time to listen to what I planned on doing with the vinyl that I was ordering and I found that to be very encouraging. (June 4, 2019, 6:55 pm)I LOVE Specialty Materials!! I got to meet the owner, David Saunders, at a tradeshow and he was so informative and patient with me. Everyone at the company are just as nice and helpful with everything. I wouldn't want to go back to my previous places I was buying product from. They are fair on price, material is easy to weed and work with, customer service is great, & you have such a selection to choose from with them. I just can't help but brag about this company!!
