Service was good. Lady was to the point, some could say she didn't know how to be empathic but I didn't care, I like straight to the point. I was able to visit my baby who was in the ICU 🥺 the waiting room smelled like urine, but I mean it's A pet place do what do you expect
They have a fancy cappuccino machine lol
