A 20 minute job (reprogramming a key) that essentially required the push of a button cost me $459 & while there I inquired about the cost of an oil change, lubrication and tune-up and was given an "estimate" of $5200. Needless to say, (for me anyways) this place is too rich for my blood. I ordered all my parts online straight from Germany and had an import performance shop downtown Tulsa do the work for a bit over $500... roughly 10% of the dealership's "estimate". I love my Mercedes and full-size Range Rover and understand the expensive nature of imports and parts but if one engages the gears upstairs, you can save yourself a ton of money.”
