So when they called me back in the room 20 minutes after what I thought was my appointment time, I was told I was 15 minutes late and that there was a possibility I would not be send in the future if I did not show up on time. So, please, fully inform people of their appointment times on contract- a full 75 minutes earlier than the actual time to see the doctor- so they don’t get chastised.”
