“Many of you who are reading these reviews are faced with one of the hardest decisions you will ever make in your lifetime. I, too, had to make the decision of placing my elderly father's care and well-being in the hands of total strangers. In the past, I had passed over Senior Suites because of all the horrible reviews. However, at the beginning of this year I decided to take a personal tour. I was met with a very friendly face and was allowed to see the entire facility. Yes, the facility needed a little TLC, but I was able to look through that and see that the facility is clean and most importantly l witnessed first hand how caring and compassionate the staff is. Since then, renovations have started and many improvements are being made daily. My dad has been living at Senior Suites since April and his quality of life has improved immensely. Were there concerns when we first got there? Yes, but everyone at Senior Suites has an open-door policy. Jenny is always up front to greet you with a welcoming smile and point you in the right direction to find whoever you need to see. Kim and Julie (the Directors of Nursing) take healthcare very seriously and address any medical needs in a timely manner. Occupational and physical therapy is provided onsite. Thanks to Olivia, there is always something fun going on. And let me tell you about the food - it's not only nutritious, it is delicious. Kudos to Johnny the chef and his staff for creating a family atmosphere in the dining room. I can honestly say that my dad is thriving since moving to Senior Suites. I live close by and am able to visit very frequently. In my opinion, the residents are happy and well cared for with respect and love.”

“Dr. Nunn is the best! We were blessed to have found her when we moved to the Tulsa area many years ago. With my neck history, she is the only dr that properly diagnosed me over the years, so important when choosing a health care provider. My husband and I are very thankful as patients and consider her as family, too. Dr. Nunn goes beyond the norm to help if she can, and is very knowledgeable beyond chiropractic. Not many drs give that courtesy to patients, will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good doctor. “The people are amazing, Dr. McKee has single handedly given me more therapy and advice than I even knew existed. The Anger management class wasn't very good, so that is why I gave it 4 stars, but other than that they do offer group therapy, therapists, and psychiatric medication and help if you need it. Basically they cover the spectrum of behavioral health in Veterans and if you aren't going here you probably should be. Ted, Shelly, and Dustin are great receptionists and the service is great as well as the scheduling. They also have Magazines to read while you wait, they even had my Game Informer so I was happy...”

She is good about explaining everything she’s doing & is very thorough. She is also very open to & will often recommend natural/holistic remedies which I love. “Acupuncture was new to me. I believed it was truly "mumbo-jumbo." That said, thanks to Debra, with her kind and caring attitude, she explained it wasn't that at all. During treatment, she advised me through the process of what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the anticipated affect the outcome would have. Debra's goal is to help people feel better! Acupuncture is doing that for me. It comes with a mini massage after the treatment is over. My wife has already booked a massage appointment! “I had an amazing experience for my cat who 14 and suddenly went blind. The technician Amanda was warm and welcoming and my cat usually hides in the corner of her crate but she heard Amanda’s voice and moved towards it. That was huge to me. Dr Puckett was ON TIME which was awesome because I had taken my cat a couple weeks prior to another eye specialist in Tulsa who was an hour and a half behind schedule and I had to reschedule so major props Dr Puckett got me in on time with no waiting. He was efficient, kind and thorough doing tests on my cat and deduced the issue but telling me HOW he came to the conclusion. I like to understand the why and how and he was able to explain it and took his time. My cat had optic neuritis when I was told by the first specialist it was glaucoma…huge difference and I trust Dr Puckett by his demeanor and explanation. Would highly recommend him for your pets eye needs!!!!!”
