“Today as always Costco gasoline was very busy.. Gregg the manager was not there today however one of his employees was witnessing a woman attempting to fill 3 ,5 gallon containers of gasoline and put them in the back of her car. all while she was talking on the cell phone and was having a difficult time doing both and she created a severe hazard and an extreme wait time .I don't know what the fire code of Bixby is I don't believe she should have been doing this at the pumps at Costco. She was even called out by another customer about her terrible time wasting activity and she basically blew them off and said she could do what she wanted to it's a good thing she did not detonate her car or the gas station.”
