“My son has his checking account at this RCB branch. They are just a block from our house. Drive thru has easy-to-reach ATM. I use this ATM when I cannot get to my bank. Small charge but it would take more gas to go to my bank nearly 5 miles from my house. I will probably move my account to RCB since they are much closer. They have online banking. Son has used their ATM and he has direct deposit I find this service at my bank to be a great convenience when depositing my retirement check. I have met with of their branch managers. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can get change there for garage sales anytime even though my checking account is at a different bank.”

They take your money and pay a little bit of Interest, they provide checking services, they sell stiff Achatz of deposit, they make loans, they sell mortgages, and some provide Trust Services. The only way I know to tell them apart, is by the types and amounts of fees they charge for their services. Find one with low or no fees, and stick with them.”

“Let me start by saying this review comes straight from the heart all the way from Chicago!! When I say there is No I in TEAM !! The team at this Chickasha branch has gone above and beyond. The managers, Vanessa and Sadie are definitely in tune with each other and their team, their communication is and was on point when I had to fly from Chicago to Oklahoma to handle family affairs. My dad adores the team and smiles when he sees them while either shopping at Walmart or completing a transaction at the bank. This team made me feel welcomed from the moment I introduced myself. We were able to put a strategy in place for my dad and I feel that I can trust the staff with my dad’s continued banking needs. Since I am a previous branch manger myself, I believe the customer service was outstanding and hard to come by in today’s time. I am forever grateful that I was shown Exceptional Service and Good Deeds not just because they are employees, but because they have good hearts and good intentions to help others!
