“In the beginning when I first started going there it was in a horrible place meaning it was run down, damn near every shelf was empty, all boxes, crates and pullies were in the middle of the aisles with everything still wrapped and boxed up,half on the floors or walking out the door without a worry in the world and discombobulated to the max! I felt bad seeing a different employee every other day! It gradually started to get people in there that truly cared about the company, the store and the customers! In a couple of months later after not going there for a while one day walked in and was breathless and proud at how far they have come! The store looked amazing and I couldn't do anything but give them props and thank them! One of the workers said that was the best thing she's heard since she's been there and that made her feel good! First because it was acknowledged and second it was appreciated! The reason why I'm on here giving a review is because I was submitting an application for this particular store and got lost and decided to give my personal thoughts! I wish I could get my app in and hope for a possible interview and employment! Go DG awesome work and amazing genuine employees! I would love to be a part of that crew! “Shan’s Kwik Corner is a gas station and convenience store. On 01.05.22 Miranda the cashier was polite and friendly in assisting me with getting the pump to work with my ATM card. The pump would not take my ATM card, but she showed me how to swipe it over the wifi reader at the pump. The convenience store is small, but has all the usuals: snacks, candy, beer, soda and cigarettes. This gas station is easy to get in and out of.”

Sometimes items are not in stock, but if you have a specific item in particular, we will personally let our manager know to get it in stock. There is a wide variety of drinks including alcohol, snacks and even hot food. You can call in advance to ask for a cheeseburger and we will gladly make it. I like my team. I have cancer and they make it a lot easier on me some days when I can’t walk I’ve had employees come and help me get gas and pump it when I had my first operation and was on crutches and a lot of people will watch you struggle but they sure didn’t, quick to help!
