“My first procedure with Dr. Herndon was a root canal and lower jaw tooth extraction. Dr. Herndon made sure I was comfortable before he started. I was so relaxed, I was almost asleep. That’s something I have never done in a dentist office bc of my extreme anxiety with dental procedures. I had no pain and everything well amazingly well. I had a filling replacement today and had the same great experience, In December, I’ll be having an implant put in the jaw extraction place and am not concerned with anything at all. I know I will get great care and dental work. So glad I picked Dr,Herndon for all of my future dental work!! Also, the assistants are great as well!! I have never had any issues with any of them. The girls in the office are super helpful also,”

I went into this appointment by looking forward to it by no means and didn’t know what to think. There is not another spot I will go anymore. This place is fantastic. I would like to thank Dr Strand and his Assistant Sierra for the way they took care of me on my visit. He was great, no pain quick, easy, and done. Definitely highly recommend. But I do want to especially thank Sierra for her kindness and hospitality from the moment she took me back. As someone who previously worked in the medical field it is important to make our patients feel comfortable and she did just that. She talked me through everything from start to finish and answered all my questions with the most knowledgeable answers. She truly made my visit easy. “Everyone in this office is so ridiculously nice and pretty you would think they were currently filming a commercial or reality series. Their therapy dog is also so so helpful, especially for people like me who would have rather been at work than at the dentist’s office. Dowell Dentistry has now made me tolerate the dentist enough that I’m more than willing to get a root canal than clock into my job. They do everything they can to make sure you’re relaxed and comfortable during whatever it is they’re doing and before you know it, it’s over. I highly recommend them, even if it’s just to pet the doggie!”
