“I had an amazing experience for my cat who 14 and suddenly went blind. The technician Amanda was warm and welcoming and my cat usually hides in the corner of her crate but she heard Amanda’s voice and moved towards it. That was huge to me. Dr Puckett was ON TIME which was awesome because I had taken my cat a couple weeks prior to another eye specialist in Tulsa who was an hour and a half behind schedule and I had to reschedule so major props Dr Puckett got me in on time with no waiting. He was efficient, kind and thorough doing tests on my cat and deduced the issue but telling me HOW he came to the conclusion. I like to understand the why and how and he was able to explain it and took his time. My cat had optic neuritis when I was told by the first specialist it was glaucoma…huge difference and I trust Dr Puckett by his demeanor and explanation. Would highly recommend him for your pets eye needs!!!!!”
