“I always have a good experience during my appointments with Dr. Flanary. He's always friendly and so are the other staff there at the clinic. He's very knowledgeable and explains things clearly and in common terms when you have questions. Another thing I appreciate about the clinic is I usually do not have to wait long if at all. This is kind of my pet peeve; if I make an appointment, I believe if I'm on time the doctor or clinic should be also. I've been to other clinics where regardless of being on time for an appointment, I usually had to wait quite a while before seeing the doctor, but that has never been my experience with Dr. Flanary or the Utica Park Clinic. At 55 years old, I've had several primary care physicians but Dr. Flanary is my favorite one by far.”

“I am usually not the type to write a review but, I can’t help myself for writing this one. I have been going to Dr.Lashbrook since I was 17. Their staff has always been efficient, companionate, and has always listened to me about my concerns when dealing with my birth control pills. I am now 24 years old and have decided to switch up to an IUD. I was very nervous about this procedure but the nurse described all the steps they would be doing and prescribed me some medications to take before hand to ease the pain of my upcoming procedure. This lowered my stress levels like no other. Moving onward, it’s procedure day and they had some complications with getting my IUD in to the point they had to take it out and start over. I am a healthcare worker myself so I totally understand mistakes happen and there’s nothing you can do about it. Long story short, they were nothing but kind and absolutely WONDERFUL when we had to do my procedure a second time. Dr.Lashbrooks staff deserves the world. The nurse and ultrasound tech were the sweetest to me during this traumatic event. They deserve nothing but the best. I am proud to say that Dr.Lashbrook is my Dr. With an even more amazing staff. Cudos!”
