I reached out to other Funeral homes in the area and didn't receive the kindness, compassion and expertise as I did when I spoke to David Winn Jr. also called "D2." He advised me of the plans offered and he was the first one to tell me that he could work with another Funeral Home in our state to get my mom back home. I spoke with Mr. Winn Sr and he set the wheels in motion to get my mother taken care of. I was kept informed from beginning to the end. "D2" is amazing and made the obituary and program along with the beautiful DVD of my mother's life that I watched for the first time on my mobile phone on their website. It was a seamless transition for our family. I didn't have to worry that my mother was not taken care of. I want to Thank the Winn Family for being so thoughtful and gracious during this hard time. “I lost my husband, it was very devastating to me. I was so afraid to go to the funeral home to make arrangements. Anita came to my house and it made it easier on me and she truly makes you feel very comfortable. My husband wanted a celebration of life Anita did a wonderful job at the ceremony. I had 62 people that attended. They all gave her compliments and said it was one of the best celebration of life they’ve ever been to. To do the slideshow I had to go several times to the funeral home because I keep giving them more pictures because I didn’t know how to do it myself on the computer and talk to Beth and Tina wonderful,kind, compassionate super helpful. I finally felt very comfortable going to the funeral home I went several times. The staff is amazing kind helpful, and always made me feels very welcome. I really enjoyed talking to Beth and Tina . I truly couldn’t do this without Anita and Jason and her staff. They always kept in touch with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was doing OK. I am truly grateful to call them friends. Although Rosewood was our original venue, for the funeral, Chris enabled us to use the livestreaming facilities at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial, where Koby compiled more than 300 pictures into our slideshow, and Richard handled the reception smoothly.
