One day, I decided to check it out and to my surprise I met some of the most friendliest and welcoming people. The session started off with prayer, followed by a small devotional and then workout. Stephen, Colton and Farah are excellent at both physical and spiritual training. They made sure to modify my exercises and correct my form on a daily basis and I can assure you that my strength and endurance have definitely improved a lot in the past 2 months. “My Daughter has been a part of the Stingray volleyball club for a few months, but have done their camps and such on and off for the 2 years. Coach T is amazing as well as the others coaches they have. The beach grounds are well kept, concession stand offers great food, and staff extremely nice. The drills and direction they give are very helpful and truly care about the athletes they train. They don't allow any parents, or team members to be rude to anyone and teach the team to take pride at their court (Indoor and beach). They pray as a team together at the end of every practice and that speaks volumes! 10/10 recommend”
