My wife and I go here 6 days a week and bring all 4 of our boys half the time. Owners are always very polite and professional. This gym has everything I need and more. For me there is only one hitch: I wish there was a more open area for lifts like clean and press, snatch, and power clean. They have indoor and outdoor fields so practices are good to go whatever the weather. I don't think anyone leaves a class having not improved their game. “Outstanding! This is going to be my new gym. Went in for a tour and found this to be the perfect gym in size, space and accommodations. I saw 👀 two personal trainers and they were very friendly and attentive to their clients. Enrollment cost is $54.00 and monthly $45.00 but it is well worth it I believe. There is also a nutrition bar inside for grabbing a good smoothie on your way out. Can’t beat it!”

Club Pilates also offers a broad variety of types of classes as well as several levels, which means that it never gets old and there's always something new to learn or try! I'm a dancer who joined Club Pilates a year and a half ago to help with rehabilitation of a back injury. It's helped so much and I've seen great improvement in regaining strength and flexibility. “I really enjoy working out at the Health Club. The staff is very nice, they ask each member to clean the machines before and after use. But I am concerned about the Corona Virus in Norman Oklahoma. The Health club has recently quit taking temperatures of clients going into the Gym. I see very few wearing masks (all the people that work there do have a mask) I would really suggest they start taking temperatures again to keep their members safe.The numbers in Norman Oklahoma is going up and not down. How would they know if some one was ill, if the temperature has not been taken.Other than this, I love this place!”

“Koda Crossfit Tulsa is more than a gym. Crossfit gyms can seem super intimidating if you are new to it. I've heard it all, "I have to get in shape before I check it out" or "I could never do xyz..." Everyone has to start somewhere and the community at Koda Tulsa is like nowhere else. We encourage each other and go through highs and lows together (in the gym and out). “I am not sure about anyone else but I know me and I hate anything that feels like working out. I have had gym memberships, tried different classes etc. It wasn't until I found Ariane's Zumba class that I found my place. I have been with her for over two years now and I am addicted. She teaches in a way that it is so much fun and it does not feel like a workout. However you will leave drenched and see the results very quickly. I love her heart and how much she cares for her class. If you have ever thought about giving Zumba a try I encourage you to join our crazy crew!”
