Cody Diffee made it very easy to change carriers four years ago, to take my daughter off our policy when she came of age this past year, and he was able to write her a new and reasonably priced policy that is perfect for a young adult who is just starting out. In the past, we had to make claims for one car accident and more than one towing service through Allstate, and both types of needs were handled efficiently and effectively with professionalism and kindness. When our rates increased last year, Cody took the time to explain why. All of these transactions have been handled by telephone because Cody Diffee's office is located in El Reno and not once have I needed to drive there to transact insurance business.
