“This place is under new ownership. I’ve done business here for years and last week I called to add a vehicle to my policy. Someone actually answered within the firs few rings and I didn’t have to leave a message and wait a day for someone to call me back. The lady who is now managing this location told me to come in when I have more time and she would go over our policy to see if we could save some money or see what other insurance needs they could help me with. Which is good because I had been asking about renters insurance for some time and the other owner informed me I would have to purchase that elsewhere. Oh, and the new owner was actually open during stated business hours. Not with some sign stating that lunch was 12:30 to 2:00 and then would close early @2:30. Nice people, give them a chance to serve your insurance needs.”
