“Overall the rental went smoothly, unexpectedly since I had not heard of Rent -A- Van before so I didn't know what to expect. I rented a 15 passenger van for a weekend. Picked it up on Friday after 5pm. It seems the office building is open Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm. The owner was flexible enough to meet us after closing time since I couldn't get off work early so that was a big plus. She went over the contract briefly and made sure we understood the return time when the vehicle was expected back. There's a $20/hr late fee that's applied if you're not able to get back in time. She puts a hold on your credit card and charges it after you return the van. I like that I was able to return the van without any hassles or waiting. It was very convenient! I would definitely rent from them again. Also, you can't beat the price.”

Their smiling faces jumping out of that truck immediately calmed my nerves. They got right to work and were very quick but also very careful. Not a single item was damaged and they were so professional and efficient moving our entire 4 bedroom home. Just when I thought I couldn’t be any more impressed, my crazy children started running wild and these two men were so patient and kind to them. “I hate writing reviews and thus write very few. It takes an experience that is definitely stellar to get me to do it. I contracted with Yocham to build a 1.5 acre pond for me. They showed up on time, performed an excellent job on the pond build and when the ground was too soft to put the top soil back onto the dam, they came back out after it dried out with a bulldozer and put that topsoil back on the dam without charging me anything which was a pretty big thing to come all the way back out here for that. I really appreciate the work and I highly recommend Yocham Trucking.”
