I had Subaru hatch lift assists (bought online) put on here. It was quick and a fair price. The place looks like a sales lot or even a little junkyard, but I'm happy with how they did for my car.

My dad and I called about 3 days ago to make an appointment to take my car in, they bought the parts the next day! We brought my car in that day. They told me my car would be maybe 3-4 days. I only didn’t have my car for 1 whole day. They were quick and everything that needed to be done was done. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When i went to pick up my car, they explained everything they did as why the price was what it was. My total was only $855 for a brand new rear differential. He checked my breaks for me and everything and let me know about how long it would be before i had to bring it in. Being 19 years old and not knowing much about cars, i was treated with a lot of respect as if i did know everything about cars. I was not over charged at all like a lot of places do. They guys there are super nice and respectful of all clients. I definitely am going back and will only be going there when my car needs work!

I went to three shops and they all quoted me within a few dollars of $3000.00. I took it to John Stevens and he had it fixed in two hours and charged me $35.00!! The guy knows everything about cars because he remembers everything he reads. The guy is amazing and completely honest!

Trustworthy experienced technicians. They are very good at what they do. My family has had many vehicles serviced there. They always do a great job. Thank you John, Sandy, Gary and crew!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
