Come for the furniture but stay for the best customer service this side of the Mississippi! The office staff is great especially BJ. She was a huge help answering my million questions, and setting up my delivery. She's just sweet as pie! She even weighed in when I couldn't decide between the adorable baby riding a horse painting or the adorable baby wrapped in an American flag one.
And don't get me started on Jessica! What a gem! There must be something in the air at Northwest Furniture Outlet because I have never had a better customer service experience. You should definitely shop here!
And in case you are wondering which painting I chose, the answer would be both. They go perfect with my new living room set!
