This was the best experience I've had with a contractor... maybe ever. Rob showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate, was pleasant and professional, got back to me quickly when my glass came in and got my window installed quickly and efficiently. The whole process was easy and quick and his price was about half what some larger glass contractors with less personalized service bid. I'm so glad I found this place!

Rob assessed and researched a repair on a Milgard window that the local Milgard rep didn't know how to repair, and ultimately Rob determined Milgard's warranty required them to fix it. Rob helped me assert my claim and he didn't even earn a penny on the deal. Nice guy, great service. I'm calling him for my next out-of-warranty repairs for certain! Thanks Rob.

Replaced glass in Bedroom, great price and excellent service. Came the same day we called to measure up and called back within a couple of days with a quote once we had contacted manufacturer to get price for the glass. Had the glass fitted today and am very happy with it.
