He is friendly, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He talked me through fixing my spray rig over the phone ON HIS DAY OFF. whatever ppg is paying him is not enough.
He reminds me of the guys at the paint store when I was a little boy.
He is not a salesman, he is a mechanic.

A very knowledgeable staff. Bill, the manager at this location, is probably the most professional and kindest person I've been fortunate enough to know and befriend. His problem solving abilities coupled with his extensive knowledge of each and every product in his store is a valuable asset to every contractor that purchases their materials from Bill's store. Bill has an excellent staff and it's obvious that Bill has trained them well. If I must have a color matched perfectly, it's worth the drive to the Olive Branch location. I really appreciate PPG Paints, Mr. Bill and his staff's mission to supply a great product with great customer service.
