MMA HIIT FITNESS

My mom has been at Balfour for 6 months. In the time she’s been there she’s been more engaged, has more sass and seems genuinely happy. The facility is well kept, I get regular updates about my mom and residents appear clean, loved and valued. I feel heard and respected as well. Overall, my mom is healthy, happy and safe at Balfour.

My father required a greater level of care and transferred from Independent Living to Cherrywood Village. He was understandably confused, scared and very anxious. The entire Cherrywood team ensured that he is well cared for and made this transition more comfortable than it would have been without quality service delivery. This is no small feat during a challenging labor climate; I am extremely thankful for all of the hardworking staff that has put my mind at ease, particularly the amazing Executive Director Michele and the compassionate Director of Health & Wellness Amy...but also the care partners, nurses, housekeepers, dishwashers, cooks, etc. Thank you, Cherrywood Village team members!

I've been spending quite a bit of time lately at Balfour Cherrywood Village in Louisville, CO the last few weeks. This community of amazing associates and residents refills my "vessel" every time. Seeing the residents enjoying multiple activities is heartwarming Our residents are well-groomed, engaged, and VERY clearly loved by every one of you. Thank you to Amy, Cristina, Suzie, Ken, Patricia, Pam, Sarah, Alex, Kimberly, and all of the wonderful QMAP's, care partners, housekeepers, line cooks, dishwashers - YOU are the real heroes over the last 16 months of this COVID-19 pandemic. You are so appreciated!

We recently admitted my mom to Balfour Cherrywood Village after her dementia made it impossible for her to continue to live safely by herself. Everyone at Balfour, and especially Laura, went above and beyond to get my mom placed and comfortable. Laura has been such a support for us as we're navigating this new world.

I sat in with my mom yesterday for trivia and when I suggested we leave early to go out to lunch, she refused! Mom enjoys the activities and although she isn't sure why she is there, my family and I are confident and comfortable that she is in the right place and is being well cared for.

My mother has lived at this memory care community since the beginning of 2018, and I’ve visited her more than 50 times. The nurses and caregiver staff are kind, competent, caring and engaged, with endless patience and devotion to their residents. Cherrywood is truly a “community” where the residents make friends - with each other, and with the staff. There’s always something going on at Cherrywood - it’s a lively, fun place to live - with concerts, sing-a-longs, visiting musicians, games, old-time movies, visiting animals and dogs, contests, tea parties, and excursions happening most every day, all day long. The food is delicious, plentiful and fresh. The grounds are lovely, and the inside living and dining rooms are cheery and well maintained. My initially reluctant mother is now happy, and even proud to call Cherrywood her home. You can’t imagine how wonderful that makes me feel.

I absolutely love this gym and everyone in it! When you get to the gym and you walk in it has an amazing vibe and you are greeted only with smiles. Everyone at this place is so helpful and if you have any question they will answer it no problem. Even with injuries they have the experience and knowledge on how to modify an exercise to make sure there is no further damage to an injury. All in all it is an amazing gym and I highly recommend going!!

This is the real deal if you are looking for a fun challenging workout in 35 minutes that will leave you dripping in sweat and breathing heavy. Gus does a great job of mixing up the circuits so it never gets routine. He mixes cardio and strength training with MMA and always lots of core movements to get a well-rounded great workout. The gym is in conjunction with a MMA jui jitsu gym, 503 west coast Academy all ran by a great coaching team. It really has a close nit inclusive feel that makes you feel right at home. Gus is great at adapting his routines for individuals that may by initially challenged with some of the movements and is always focused on correct form. A great experience no matter what your fitness level is and a great compliment for me personally combined with my strength training.

Absolutely love the MMA HIIT Circuit, it took me to the next level in my training and health. Gus and his staff are very knowledgeable and keep you motivated through out the circuit.

Absolutely love working out here. Gus and his staff are amazing. I have no fighting background at all and it took me forever to work up the courage to walk into an MMA gym. I was greeted with open arms and enthusiastic attitudes and I absolutely love my workouts now!
