It's rare for me to review any business in the construction industry because so many of our experiences have been awful and I have nothing nice to say. You know that old adage...if you can't saying anything nice, don't say anything at all. Well, thankfully Western Build and Design has renewed my faith (at least in them). They are who they say they are. They do what they say they will do. The came in under most of the other bids we got AND the bid included the help of their designer, Deana, which was a huge bonus! Our full kitchen remodel was no small task and we knew we needed a company we could trust. I did full due-diligence on Joe and his crew before hiring them and we have not been disappointed. From punctual crews to timely communication, they have exceeded our expectations. The finished kitchen is stunning and the team pushed through (even throughout COVID-19 which left us quarantined in our home 2 weeks after demolition) to get it back to us under the most difficult of circumstances (can you say pandemic?)! If I could state one thing that stood out the most about Western Build and Design to us is that when little issues did come up, which they ALWAYS will in a major construction project, they were always responsive and oriented toward problem solving. Project manager Chris is detail oriented, trustworthy, honest and hard-working. Deana, the designer, is direct, solution-oriented, and helped steer us throughout the entire process. All sub teams were professional and punctual, which NEVER happens in this industry. We are grateful and would highly recommend Joe and Western Build an Design to others looking for a kitchen remodel.

I was extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Joe's team was efficient providing quality work that surpassed expectations. The whole team is knowledgeable and it is clear to see that they take pride in their work. I'm obsessed with the transformation and scope of remodel that was completed both to my kitchen and backyard. I can't wait to host friends and family in our renovated space. We hired western build and design to remodel or kitchen and master bath. They were prompt in coming to meet with us and provided some excellent ideas. There design person met with us and we were able to pick out our cabinets, counter tops, lighting and faucets. They are very organized, the process from start to finish went very smoothly and they did an excellent job. Start to finish was only 6 weeks! We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Western Build and Design was a breath of fresh air. We had what seemed from the onset like a difficult set of circumstances regarding redoing our kitchen. The first two contractors that came by didn't give us much confidence that our 1940's home could be updated to match our more contemporary taste. Moving walls, gutting the kitchen, and replacing flooring was just the beginning. Then Joe and his team entered the fray and instantly we knew we were in good hands. His attention to detail, experience and professionalism made the entire process stress free and easy. When we proposed changes during construction he and Chris were patient and understanding. Our finished Kitchen exceeded expectations and Western Build & Design will be the only contractor we use going forward for any future projects in this home or our next.
