Haven Lake Oswego

This review is to appreciate how much Sandra the New Community Manager does for us her residents. I see her busy all the time, in and out of the office always assisting residents and people who are interested in Haven with a smile. Her great customer service is what makes me now grab coffee in the office. I love talking and engaging with her. Maintenance is always so responsive and nice. I truly love the the change in the office and this is what made me do a review after living here over 2 years!

I also want to thank her for dealing with parking. It’s a struggle having limited access.

Can’t wait for another gathering. Maybe some bagels and coffee next? 😊.

Me and my husband just moved in to Haven Lake Oswego and i couldn’t be more happy starting with the tour we had last week. We showed up without an appointment and Sandra without hesitation she welcomed us right in and assisted us with finding our perfect home. Her positive attitude and great customer service took an impact on why we decided to lease. I hope we keep her for a while, i did not have the same experience while touring other places in Lake Oswego. She is what made us lease and i am excited we choose Haven Lake Oswego!

Sandra has been super helpful throughout this process of moving us in within days. Shes made it so stress free and her customers service and positive attitude has been so soothing. I want to start off by saying that the customer service since our tour to our move in has been exceptional. Sandra has been beyond helpful, respectful, supportive and great attitude.
