I could not get my lift gate to fold in on a truck that I had recently purchase for private use. I was so frustrated after calling others the former owner and other service people who work on lift gates on what I may not be doing to get this gate to fold in. I called Precision and spoke to Orion White in the service department and then took photo's and sent to him. I then called him back he knew exactly what I needed to do and I went back outside and did exactly what he told me and BAM there it went it folded. Orion saved me from further frustration he totally turn my day around. I highly recommend Precision Lift Gate and the ladies who answers the phones are also very helpful and polite and professional.
