I bought a 1969 condo that came with original aluminum windows. John came out and was very knowledgeable and informative while quoting. His communication was quick and effective, ensuring I was able to secure a great year end pricing incentive.

I worked with Matt H for about a month after I had an order issue (the fault of my HOA, not Lifetime). He was very patient and accommodating while I dealt with an unresponsive neighbor while trying to arrange install, and he went above and beyond to assist me and get me on their install schedule.

Solomon and Benson came out recently and did my install, replacing three large second story windows quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and friendly and professional, while still chatting about random topics throughout the day. They left my place spotless and ensured I knew how to remove the window sash for cleaning and also made sure I knew how all the features of my windows worked.

The pricing for Lifetime was on par with other window companies, but their customer service set them apart.

The salesman was very professional. He sold us on his company. After we paid half so the windows could be ordered was when it all broke down. Communication was nonexistent, no updates, so we didn't know when our windows would arrive. When they were ready to install we were given very little notice. My husband had to take a day off work, but that was fine until the installers were a no call/no show on installation day. We had to reschedule for a week out. Fine. After the installers left we found damage to our walls from popped drywall nails and scrape marks in the drywall from their ladders. I communicated this damage to the company. No response. I wrote them a letter. No response. Be aware this company will happily take your money but will likely not follow through on their side of the agreement. Litigation is our next step.

Update: I was contacted by the company and steps were taken to correct the previous damage done. A worker came to my house to repair the damage. He repaired part of it. A partial refund was also given as well as a gift basket. In the end I am left with damage but was refunded enough to pay a third party to repair it.

My advice if choosing to work with this company: make sure to carefully inspect the completed job and withhold payment if they leave behind damage. You will have more leverage in getting it repaired in a timely fashion.

Very happy with all aspects of replacing 18 first floor windows in a hundred year old house. Angel in sales was great to work with - very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very responsive. Kai and Matt did a fantastic installation job over four days and left the house clean at the end of each day.

We replaced one large picture window with 4 casement windows to match the style in an adjacent room. Not an easy install. Matt and Kai went above and beyond to get the trim work to look great and match the other room as closely as possible. Few things are square or plumb in a house this old, but all the necessary adjustments were made and everything looks great.

I received bids from a few businesses. While the prices were all comparable, I went with Lifetime because they were the best at communicating and following up. As a veteran, I also appreciate that it's a Veteran-owned business.

We have more windows to replace as part of a kitchen renovation and we'll definitely go with Lifetime again.

Super happy with our new sliding glass door. They were able to match the windows and get us exactly what we wanted right down to the locking mechanism. Mr. Anderson, our installer, really knows what he is doing, even fixing up the trim and moldings on the frame of the door. The new door will be so much better at insulating and looks wonderful! Great job and all in all a very nice company to work with. (This is after having other companies not show up for the bid or doing a visit but never giving a bid)

We installed new windows on two entire levels of our 1959 split level home. Going from original aluminum windows to new vinyl windows was an expense but well worth it.

From start to finish the process of working with Lifetime was great - highly informed and no pressure sales, great communication at all stages, and installation was right on time. Kai and Matt were our installation team, and super diligent and professional. They did a fantastic job working around another crew onsite (doing our kitchen remodel), with one day of high temps, and incredibly knowledgeable and precise.

Every one of our new windows looks amazing and we’re so excited we can finally open them to let in the breeze! Highly recommend lifetime windows - great value, great quality, great staff! 10/10.
