I'm sensitive to flavors of warm drinks so I tend to get iced coffee wherever I go (HotShots is excellent at iced coffee). However, I forgot to order iced today and the hot mocha was superb! 10/10. It was the first time I could actually finish a warm coffee from any coffee shop. They have always been so kind and patient, and they were super sweet to my dog. I love coming here, and I will be sure to get more hot drinks here! Thanks so much for your service!
