Charles took care of my pain and stiffness after a car wreck. He worked the muscles I needed to make stronger and showed me a whole lot of exercises I can do at home to relieve my pain. Highly recommend him and his team they are the nicest people I have ever met and actually care about you getting back to 100%.
I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this place, even if you have to pay out of pocket. Which ended up being cheaper than my insurance co-pay. From the super welcoming front desk, to your personalized care weekly, it can be a life-changing experience. Have dealt with 24/7 pain in my shoulder for over 7 years now..neck fusion surgeries, bi-lateral carpal tunnel, steroid shots, physical therapy multiple times, any type of treatment you can try, and nothing helped. After working a couple months with Chuck, and staying strong with my program, I can’t believe the change I’ve felt, that has never been done by anything else. He sets you up with a personalized program on an app that has exercises/stretches personalized for you. If you put in the work with it, he sets you up to be given the instruments for your goals to be met. They keep you motivated to be able to LEAVE them, and continue on your own, and not just keep spending money. There’s relaxation/stretching involved that goes hand-and hand, and really relieves pain and stiffness. Cannot recommend enough. Would never recommend anywhere else.
Ms. Stacey is amazing. I have been here twice for 2 different injuries in past few years. She makes the experience fun and personalized. It sucks being hurt and trying to get better and is super helpful having someone who cares. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Everyone at Vista Physical Therapy is awesome!! Kevin who is my physical therapist is very personable, knowledgeable and caring. My strength and being able to walk without crutches has greatly improved in a short amount of time. He does very well with showing me what exercises to do and how I can get more movement and strength at each visit. Stacey is another physical therapist in this office. She is very personable and always greets me with a smile. Even though she isn’t my physical therapist she has been helpful and she is knowledgeable as well. The receptionist always says hi and asks me how I’m doing. She is very nice and organized. It’s a great place to go if you are in need of physical therapy.
The staff is great and personable! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by Michelle at the front desk. Her professionalism and customer service is very welcoming and top-notch. I have had the pleasure of being treated by both therapists, Stacey and Kevin. They are a great team! Both are very attentative and empathetic of my issues and are able to provide the best treatment in order to get me back to my healthy self, safely. Here's to more sessions!
