The lady there found me an option and stated they could order it for me, but it'd take a couple weeks to come in. I told her thanks, but I'll try to find it in stock elsewhere as I was hoping to get it repaired that day. She called me an hour later with a connection that could help me find one faster. Lucky for me they did have one in stock. I really appreciated her going the extra mile.
The topper was that she just called me this afternoon to see if everything worked out all right for me. Very impressive customer experience!
