Dr Chen was very pleasant and seemed to care and listen to the issue and was interested in finding out what the problem could be, unlike my previous doctor who was more interested in prescribing medication for the symptom rather than finding the cause. The downside it takes forever to see him thank goodness for a cancellation

The administrative and nursing support staff have consistently provided excellent care as well. I have no complaints about any aspect of their care. This is a highly professional operation.
