“Quick and friendly and honest about work they were not comfortable doing. I had a headlight and tail light replaced and needed a license plate light but they told me that the panel they needed to remove for the license plate light is very brittle and often crack when removed so they weren’t comfortable replacing that one cause they did not have a panel to replace it with no f it did break and recommend I go to the dealership for that light to be replaced. Very helpful and informative and quick to replace to two lights ??”

They actually talked me out of a higher priced product to go with a less expensive more durable product with a better warrenty for my vehicle. The place was clean and comfortable even during construction. Every staff member took the time to listen and communicate with each customer that came in. “My wedding was in 3 weeks, I had my dress altered where I purchased my wedding dress for only shortening the front of my dress for $300. My train was way too long and felt like i was tripping all over my dress still. So many people recommended K alterations so i made an appointment and she fixed my dress perfectly, the train is perfect length and she fixed it in such a short amount of time! She saved me so much money! $80 compared to $150 my original seemstress quoted me for fixing my dress. I wish I went to K alterations instead of over paying at a fancy bridal salon the first time, thank you!!”
