Joan is a god send. She's to the point, very knowledgeable, and a generally caring woman. Definitely sending friends and family her way!

Absolutely amazing in all the services she provides, and much more then the mainstream corporate robots. This angel helps me remember dates and gives courtesy calls, and points me in the right direction in all other aspects outside that cozy little office of hers.. basically she's "real "and well goes above and beyond because " she really cares. I have a head injury and she's very tolerant as well as healing.
Like I said she's real ,and I highly recommend Joan with Mt Hood insurance. I hear all these other people complaining with other insurance agents, and it makes me warm inside knowing that's not at all our experience. I'm not the only person blessed enough to be with Joan.
