I found Rixen’s online and was impressed with the positive reviews. They far exceeded any expectations I had! I was having issues with my diesel heater; turns out there was no issue - just an ignorant customer. From phone conversations with Jim and time spent with Mike while he patiently taught us how to better utilize our heater, Rixen’s is a class act! Many businesses would charge simply for the time spent with us, even though no work was done on the heater. Not Rixen’s - they wouldn’t take any money! We will absolutely return to Rixen’s for any heater issues we might have in the future.
The team at Rixens is absolutely amazing. We were having issues with the hydronic heater on our German expedition truck so we called Rixens and they agreed to take a look. They took us in that afternoon and found the issue AND had the part in stock! The team is truly knowledgeable and the customer service is the best. Thank you!
I drove all the way from Bend to have my Espar diesel heater worked on for my van. Mike took great care of me and even fixed my clean water pump issue as well! Worth the drive!
Incredible customer service before and after purchase of a Rixen system I purchased from a third party. The team here dropped everything on a Monday morning to evaluate what I had, identified missing or defective parts, and sent me out the door with a working system. So thankful for having such a great option for van heating from a local business. Will be coming to Rixens for all of my future vehicle/RV heating needs.
I can't say enough good things about these guys. Outstanding customer service on the phone when I was learning to use the diesel heating system (thermostat), and then again when I needed a check up. They were able to fit me in during a trip from CA to WA and they tuned up everything/replaced my screen/etc in short order! Mike was a great explainer, which I appreciated. Now that mountain temps are dropping into the 30s, I'm glad everything is in tip top shape and keeping me warm at night.
